My first time tasting these type of wings were in San Diego and they had no flavor at all. I decided to make them myself so I could get a solid opinion. In summary, they were good but my favorite is still the traditional east coast Chinese wings.They are on my menu this week along with veggiz chow mein.
I made mine not he stove like the women in mi familia. I used smoked turkey along with turkey polka kielbasa. I paired this with homemade buttermilk biscuits and only used rice once. Them biscuits were enough to make eating this along with rice too filling.
