Patti's Sweet Potato Pie

I buy the mini pie versions for portioning. I am not a fan of waves and take direction from my compass. So I literally never bought into the hype. All of that is for me to say, I am very late to the party regarding these pies. I prefer my Mãe's ...this is a good alternative though..a very good one that's cheap and already baked. Vamos comer!
